Collaborating is something I absolutely love doing.

There is nothing like the buzz and power of knowing you can achieve something special with someone else. I’m not egotistic in the sense that I think I can do everything by myself – I appreciate that my skills are enhanced greatly with the help of other people, and vice versa.

There are a lot of people I want to work with in Second Life, and projects that I want to undertake from other people too. Being able to collaborate and exchange ideas is a fantastic way to learn and broaden horizons, and in the battle to always improve myself and innovate, I don’t see other people in the metaverse as competitors, but rather as colleagues who are aiming towards the same goal – to create a better virtual environment.

I work as part of a fantastic team of people who are the best at what they do, and as one unit, we never fail to impress people with what our combined effort can achieve in terms of design and creation.

There’s little that one single person can achieve without the help and support of others, I believe. To be able to say that you can work as part of a group says a huge amount about your own character too.

So as part of my Second Life, I aim to collaborate with more people on varying projects, and to keep learning, developing and advancing my skills, so as to keep improving and innovating, and living up to the fullest of my potential.

While I can appreciate that some people prefer to work solo, I really think that as a society, we need to be able to work together in order to move forward. It’s no different in Second Life – everyone brings something different to the table, and with so much talent, why not bring it together and create something truly special?

It’s rare to find two or more talented people who can work together without getting too competitive. Some competition is a good thing, it makes people stretch their abilities, makes them better at what they do. Unfortunately, competition can take an ugly turn, pitting people against each other rather than stimulating them to improve.

I look forward to seeing what you guys can accomplish!
